Hair By Josie is Moving!

To my valued clients,

I am thrilled to announce that my new salon is now ready to open, and I will be moving all of my appointments to the new location beginning August 30th, 2023.

The new salon is called See You Next Time, located at 1171 Main Street in Vancouver.

Please see important information below on Transit, Parking, Salon Access and Pricing.

As always, thank you for trusting me with your hair care needs, I am beyond excited for you to visit me at this new space!

See You Next Time

See You Next Time is located half a block to the north of the Main Street Skytrain Station, easily accessible by transit:

There is 2 hour free street parking on Main Street until 3pm one block north of the salon.

There is 2 hour free street parking available on National Ave all day.

The salon is allotted access to an underground parking space, although I cannot always guarantee it will be available. If you’re interested in using underground parking, let me know and I will explain the process.

If all else fails, there are paid parking lots by McDonald’s at Terminal and Main St; and also at Science world.

Salon Access:

The doors will be kept locked at all times to guarantee our privacy and safety, use the buzzer to gain entry.

Coinciding with the move to this new location, please expect a price adjustment, and a recycling fee added to your service.

I’m changing my pricing structure to go by time instead of what service you receive:

  • $90 an hour
  • $50 for half an hour
  • $20 for 15 minutes (this includes bang trims)
  • $100 an hour, plus colour fees, for chemical services plus.

* I can understand that not everyone can always afford to pay more, so I’m perfectly comfortable with anyone asking for an express service… for example, booking a dry cut to keep the appointment to a half hour instead of an hour.

Any questions on the fee change please just ask.

Recycling Fee

The recycling fee will be 1$ for each haircut, color, and foil I do.  So if you receive all 3 services it would be an added $3.  This enables me to use the Green Circle Salons Recycling Program, which is a company that is able to recycle almost everything a salon disposes of.
